Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Riscora ("Service"), operated by [Riscora Operating Entity TBD]. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Beta product disclaimer

Riscora is currently in beta. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

AI-generated risk analyses are advisory only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making material business decisions.

Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice during beta.

2. Account and access

You must provide accurate information when signing up for the demo or early access program
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization when uploading company documents

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of KSA law
Upload documents you do not have the right to share
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Submit content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates third-party rights
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

4. Intellectual property

Our IP: Riscora's software, branding, and AI models are our exclusive intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.
Your content: You retain all rights to documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the content solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback: if you provide product feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual royalty-free license to use them.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your uploaded documents and personal data as confidential
We will not disclose your business data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements

6. AI outputs and accuracy

Riscora uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude) to analyze documents and produce risk assessments.

AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, or "hallucinations" - outputs that look authoritative but are factually incorrect.

You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them. Riscora is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riscora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months (SAR 0 during beta)
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under KSA law

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay (when applicable)
On termination, we will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riyadh
